Established in 1995, as a division of Flynt Amtex, Inc., Tex-Care brings together a unique knowledge base that fully understands the rigorous requirements of the medical device industry and leverages the latest manufacturing technologies to provide the greatest value to its customers. Tex-Care specializes in the manufacture, sale and distribution of circular knitted components for the medical garment industry, as well as a broad range of textile-based medical products for acute care, orthopedic, personal protective equipment, dental and veterinary supply chains. Tex-Care Medical is a FDA Registered Medical Device Manufacturer and is 21 CFR 820 compliant. Tex-Care is also ISO 13485:2016 certified for the Manufacture and Distribution of textile related products that have applications such as medical devices and components of medical devices. Additionally, Tex-Care Medical’s orthopedic product line carries the CE Mark for distribution in the European Union. Adhering to these standards assures both domestic and international customers of Tex-Care’s commitment to quality. Tex-Care Medical is in Burlington, NC and shares the same facilities as its manufacturing partner, Flynt Amtex, Inc. As a result of this shared facility arrangement, Tex-Care has complete oversight of the design, manufacture and quality control of their products with the benefit of shared expenses.
