Price Protection:
Protected for the first 12 months; increases in 2nd and 3rd years not to exceed 4% or the (CPI-M), whichever is lower.
Shipping Terms:
FOB Shipping Point; transportation costs paid by customer; if third-party logistics provider or FedEx or UPS is used there is a $10 handling fee.
Payment Terms:
Net 30; 2% finance charge if unpaid after 30 days
Special Notes:
Minimum Order of $100.
Aggregation Pricing Option: Participating Members that operate multi-facility systems and have the ability to coordinate the purchasing decisions of such facilities shall have the right to aggregate the purchasing volume of its facilities in order to meet the desired volume tier.
